Clara Cuccaro is a writer and film critic based in New York, originally from Indiana, PA, the hometown of Jimmy Stewart. Her work has appeared in Los Angeles Review of Books, MUBI Notebook, Bright Wall/Dark Room, In Review Online, Screen Slate, and Reverse Shot among others.
She holds a Masters in Cinema Studies from NYU.
She is a 2026 Berlinale Talents Press participant, an alumna of the Golden Apricot International Film Festival Critics Campus (2024) as well as the Reverse Shot Emerging Critics Workshop (2023–24).
